‘Bring Her Back’ trailer: Sally Hawkins is a secretive foster mom
A foster mother (Sally Hawkins) takes in two siblings after the death of their father but also harbors a dark secret in horror movie “Bring Her Back.”
“The Accountant 2” is coming to Prime Video very soon.
The sequel, starring Ben Affleck, is slated to hit the streaming service platform on June 5, Amazon announced.
The action thriller sequel follows Affleck’s character, a highly skilled CPA with autism named Christian Wolff, as he “works” the murder case of a former associate. Wolff recruits his younger mercenary brother Braxton (Jon Bernthal) to help him find the killer.
“Christian Wolff has a talent for solving complex problems,” according to a logline provided by Amazon MGM Studios. “When an old acquaintance is murdered, leaving behind a cryptic message to “find the accountant,” Wolff is compelled to solve the case.”
“The Accountant 2” garnered ★★½ out of four stars from USA TODAY movie reviewer Brian Truitt.
“Take Ben Affleck’s original ‘The Accountant,’ subtract the math, add country line dancing and multiply it by two brothers. The result is a crime thriller sequel that’s not as winning but still mostly satisfying,” Truitt wrote.
Here’s what to know about the highly anticipated sequel, including how to watch it.
